Description

Mesuras brand identity reflects a vision: organic, purposeful, and designed to evolve. From packaging to digital presence, every touchpoint honours the brand's commitment to authenticity and sustainability.

The visual system is grounded yet flexible, mirroring the natural cycles of growth and cultivation that define Mesuras.

This project established a complete brand foundation—logo system, colour palette, typography, brand guidelines, and packaging—built to support future expansion into workshops, events, and community experiences that celebrate connection with the land.

Challenge

Flexible system → Sustainable → Scalable

Mesuras approached me wanting to reposition from a small artisan label into a community hub hosting experiential events.

Key challenges included low visibility, inconsistent visual identity, and the need for packaging that reflects sustainability both visually and materially.

Beyond the immediate deliverables, Mesuras needed a brand system that could extend to many future elements not yet in manifestation.

The challenge was to create a system that would feel adaptable and coherent across varied subjects and platforms, while remaining consistent, recognisable, and true to the brand’s values.

Approach & Process

To understand the brand deeply, I started with a brand discovery session, meeting with the client to clarify intent, values, and vision.

Given the budget constraints, I decided to use AI to create photography and video content for social assets. I defined a predefined moodboard and visual style, then trained the AI model to produce diverse images while maintaining the agreed look and feel.

The packaging system was designed to be simple, flexible, and sustainable — using recycled, natural materials, minimal labeling, and an adaptable format for different products. The visual identity and motion assets were aligned to work seamlessly across digital platforms.

Impact & Reflection

This project illustrates how the strategic application of AI tools can foster creativity within budgetary constraints.

Initially, I had reservations about utilising AI for imagery and video, especially since the brand emphasises nature, organic processes, and non-GMO seeds. I was cautious about the visuals appearing artificial. Traditional photography or stock images would not capture the brand's essence or offer the flexibility to produce tailored content swiftly.

Drawing on my experience and discerning eye, I ensured the AI-generated visuals aligned with the brand's core values. Confident in my ability to craft a cohesive visual system, I proceeded with the approach.

Ultimately, the results were gratifying—the visuals are authentic, adaptable, and resonate with the brand's identity.
